Message : Very true. Customers of new private banks are even discouraged to transact or visit branches, Use ATM and contact call center. We are not just welcome. Than why we go to them. Maybe we get impressed by looks of branches.

I read in banknetindia.com that RBI has understood our plight and issued instructns about giving an acknowledgement for the cheques, cheque books to be delivered over the counters and give statements with full details. Let us hope things change. You can read full guidelines at: Click here
